FROM INQUIRY TO INSTALLATION
Confirm shapes, stone materials, sizes, patterns, inscriptions and any religious references approved by the temple.
Confirm the quotation based on dimensions, materials, carving complexity, quantity, and shipping methods, then sign the contract.
Machines assist with block cutting and rough shaping; facial work, patterns, text, and final details are finished by craftsmen, with photos or videos sent for confirmation.
Finished products are photographed, numbered, and packed in reinforced wooden crates. Shipping method, insurance, and customs documents are confirmed in the quotation and contract.
Prepare foundations, unloading access and lifting equipment before arrival. Any remote or on-site installation support is confirmed according to location and contract scope.

How Long Does Shipping to Southeast Asia Take?
Timing is not fixed. It depends on production complexity, design approval, packing, vessel schedules, destination port, customs, holidays and inland transport. Request a written schedule for the order being discussed.

Whether marine insurance, remanufacturing, on-site repair, or after-sales cost is included should follow the formal quotation and contract. Before shipment, we provide photos of finished products, packing, and container loading for acceptance and responsibility confirmation.
